Meet the Chef
As a child my playground was the kitchen. My favorite activities were kneading biscuits and baking sweets with my family. I have never outgrown this passion. Whether it be mixing up a Sweet Potato Souffle, hand forming rustic pies filled with fresh fruit, or perfecting local seafood, my desire is to share my love of food while also showcasing Lowcountry local ingredients.
I graduated from Horry-Georgetown Technical College with a Business Degree concentrated in Culinary Arts, then moved to Charleston to study Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of Charleston. I’ve gained a wealth of hands on culinary experience here in the Lowcountry, from perfecting pecan pie at Magnolia’s, crafting pastries and designing wedding cakes as a Baker and Pastries Chef on Kiawah, and learning the and outs of corporate kitchens.
Changing courses in my career from working in restaurants and corporate settings to becoming a personal chef has been the greatest decision I have ever made. Now it is my joy to create local, in season meals with a personal experience. I love that my career allows me to help families and friends create lasting memories right in their own kitchens. I look forward to bringing you an exceptional culinary experience!
Our experience was a 10 out of 10!"
